Welcome to Wheel Spinning. By using wheelspinning.net, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

1. What the site is for

Wheel Spinning is a free set of spinning wheels and random generators, with no account needed. It is made for:

  • picking names, numbers and other entries at random;
  • small decisions, games and classroom activities;
  • draws for giveaways and contests that you run yourself;
  • guides on using a wheel fairly in class, on stream and online.

Results are random. A wheel can settle a small choice, but it is not advice, and it should never decide matters of health, money, law or safety.

2. Your wheels and content

You are responsible for what you put on a wheel and for how you use the result. Your entries stay yours. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive, including content that harasses, threatens or discriminates against anyone.

3. Giveaways, raffles and contests

Wheel Spinning picks a random entry; it does not run your promotion for you. If you use a wheel for a giveaway, raffle, contest or prize draw, you are responsible for its rules, for checking entrants and for delivering prizes. You must also follow the laws and platform rules that apply where you and your entrants live. The site is not a licensed lottery system.

4. Embedding a wheel

You may embed wheels on your own website, slides or pages with the code from the embed page. Keep the "Made with Wheel Spinning" link visible, and do not present the wheel as your own product or change it to mislead people about how results are picked.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

The site's design, code, text and graphics belong to Melissa T. Brown. You may not copy or republish them without permission, apart from the embed code offered on the embed page. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

Team names, brand names and other trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. They are used only to identify those teams and products, and their use does not mean endorsement or partnership. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email [email protected] and it will be reviewed promptly.

6. Accuracy of content

The odds, tables and guides on the site are checked against the wheel's rules and against their sources, but mistakes can still happen and details can change. Please confirm anything important before you rely on it, and report an error if you find one.

7. Advertisements

If the site shows ads, they come from third parties such as Google AdSense, and those providers may use cookies as described in the privacy policy. We don't control the ads and are not responsible for the products, services or claims of advertisers. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

8. Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites for sources or further reading. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

9. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • break the law or harm other people with it;
  • try to hack, overload or disrupt the site;
  • scrape or copy the site's content in bulk;
  • pass off the site's wheels, text or design as your own.
